A spacious ground floor room with double bed, wide doorway to the lounge, a south facing large window and its own external door opening onto a patio area with the well. The en suite shower room allows ease of access for those of restricted mobility with shower seat, grab rails and height adjustable washbasin.

A refreshingly light and airy suite on the first floor with a small original south facing window overlooking the garden, supplemented with a velux and an original internal window over looking the entrance hall with en suite shower room with thermostatic mixer, wash basin and toilet. It has a double bed , a single bed and ample space for an additional single or baby cot / bed.

This bedroom is at the east end of the house on the first floor with views over the vegetable garden, and countryside beyond. It has a double and a double futon bed, with enough room for a further single and a child’s bed (or cot). It can easily accommodate a family with up to four children. The en suite is equipped with thermostatic shower mixer in a cubicle, a hand basin, and a separate toilet.

If the fifth person is a child, we can add an extra bed.
